by Ahead of the iPad mini and fourth-generation iPad landing in customers’ hands on Friday, software for both devices has hit the company’s servers. Obviously there isn’t much we can do with the software at this point, but it does give us a look at the build numbers:
iPad2,5 (iPad2,5) version 6.0 (Build 10A406), Download
iPad3,4 (iPad3,4) version 6.0 (Build 10A407), Download
Additionally it looks like iOS 6.1 won’t be accompanying the new devices at launch.
