iTunes Radio users will be able to stream World Cup games when things get rolling in just a few days. Apple is introducing a new ESPN Radio station that will include not only live World Cup action, but also ESPN standards like Sportscenter All Night and Mike & Mike. This also marks the first time a live sporting event will be cast through the iTunes Radio service.
In addition, forty-two new NPR stations will be added to the lineup as well. This includes New York Public Radio, San Francisco’s KQED, and WAMU in Washington D.C. among others.
The new stations should be rolling out today in the US, so if you spot any of them be sure to hit up the comments and let us know!
