Apple number 22 on Best Global Green Brands Report

Interbrand (http://www.interbrand.com), a brand consultancy firm, has released its fourth annual Best Global Green Brands report, which examines the gap that exists between a brand’s environmental performance and consumers’ perceptions of that performance. Apple is number 22 on the list, down one spot from 2013.

Topping the list is Ford. Toyota, which had held the top spot since the report debuted in 2011, falls to #2 with Honda (#3), Nissan (#4) and Panasonic (#5) rounding out the top five and maintaining each of their 2013 positions.

ABC News Comes to Apple TV with Live and On-Demand Video, Local News, and Historical Footage [Updated]

A surfeit of new channels have arrived on the Apple TV this morning, including ABC News, PBS Kids, AOL On, Willow, and an updated version of the Flickr app. The ABC News channel offers 24/7 live and on-demand video, video news updates, local content from several affiliates, and more. This is great news not only for fans of more video content, but also those of us who really felt like we didn’t have enough little rectangles on our Apple TV home screens.
