This week Apple has launched a new App Store section featuring their picks for best of the month. You can see the Best of April promo image sent in an email above.
The new section highlights Apple’s picks for best iPad and iPhone apps and games of the previous month. The first set, for April, is a broad and good looking mix of iOS apps and games. Notability is highlighted as an app of the week, there’s a Mother’s Day section of course, and plenty more.
The app of the month pick for April is NYT Now News, a New York Times iPhone app; while the game of the month choice is Leo’s Fortune, an iPad and iPhone game.
Hitman GO, just reviewed by Thomas for iPad Insight, is one of the Great Games choices for the month too.
