We’ve seen scale models, we’ve seen a couple of works of concept art, but today Wired revealed an astonishing away of vivid and realistic images that show what life at Apple’s new “spaceship” headquarters in Cupertino will look like once it’s finished.

Some of the more notable images depict the visitor’s center and the underground auditorium where Apple will unveil new products to the media, as well as more mundane structures such as the cafeteria and the underground parking garage.
As you might recall, the campus will take up 176 acres, the majority of which will feature flora native to California spread smartly between the sleek new buildings. As the new images show, Apple plans for the campus to be a place of both work and leisure for its employees.
Apple also has plans to make the gargantuan facility energy-efficient, to the extent that it will purportedly use less than 30 percent of the energy required by other major facilities in Silicon Valley. The project is expected to be complete in either 2015 or 2016.
