Night-Vision Camera Lets you Keep an Eye on Things from your iPad

DCS5010LfrontDigital surveillance company D-Link just announced the launch of their newest remote camera. Thanks to the Pan & Tilt Day/Night Network Camera, users can monitor the goings on in their home from just about anywhere with the help of their iPad.

The Pan & Tilt is the newest in the line of Cloud Cameras offered by D-Link. It features a wide viewing angle, motion detection alerting, night vision and pan-and-tilt functionality with a range of 340-degree pan and 120-degree tilt. It has an expanded 66-degree horizontal field of view lens and the ability for users to remotely manage viewing angles.

The mydlink + app lets users watch live video of the surveillance area that the Cloud Camera is covering. It features a four-camera monitoring dashboard that lets you see and hear what is happening at your home or office from anywhere you have Internet access. It is compatible with Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity. The app lets you move your view around using gesture-based controls. You can even use your D-Link Cloud Camera and iPad to have a two-way conversation with a person on the other end.

D-Link’s new Pan & Tilt Day/Night Network Camera is available from the company’s website for $104.99. The mydlink + app is available for the iPad for $0.99 with no additional fees or subscription costs.
