The recently announce Nokia HERE Maps app for iOS devices in now available in the App Store for download. The app brings full Nokia Maps experience for Apple users and allows them to find nearby places and save them for viewing later. Nokia’s HERE Maps for iOS also have turn by turn navigation feature that is based on NAVTEQ mapping data. Just like Google Maps, HERE Maps enable users to view the online maps in map view, satellite view, live traffic view, and public transport line view. All these modes provide information from different perspectives to the user. Nokia HERE maps also feature offline maps that means you can view the saved maps even if you don’t have data coverage available.
Nokia HERE Maps features Maps, search, and place coverage for about 200 countries. Nokia is also providing community maps created by users in select countries.
