Around this time of the year, families are going on vacation, couples are getting married, and the spring season is producing all manner of wildlife. Once you’ve captured your most treasured events on your iPad, you can create beautiful video presentations using Animoto’s video editing tool. Today, the company announced that its popular iOS app, Animoto Video Maker, has been redesigned for a better video editing experience on the iPad.
The app lets you create stunning video memories using a set of predesigned templates to really impress your friends, or even business associates. Choose from 50 different video styles, more than 300 songs, and a useful editing tool to trim clips and create title cards.
“Tablets make personal photos and video clips more tangible and engaging than ever and now Animoto takes that experience to the next level,” said Brad Jefferson, CEO and co-founder of Animoto. “Whether it’s creating an Animoto video for mom for Mother’s Day or celebrating a birthday or graduation, the Animoto iPad creation and viewing experience is uniquely fun and intimate, a perfect app for sharing and reliving life’s best memories.”
Making lasting memories is as easy as ever with the newly updated iPad app. Users select a theme and then import photos and videos. The app automatically creates a professional quality presentation set to music. Then, you can edit the presentation by reordering photos, adding text and captions, and selecting a different song.
Animoto saves your videos in iCloud so you can access your new presentation in your shared Photo Stream. You can also share your videos through Facebook, Twitter, and email.
The app is free to download and includes the ability to create a limited number of 30-second videos. For $4.99 per month, you can make up to 50 10-minute videos. Animoto Video Maker is available on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. Download it in the App Store today.
