Real Racing 3 just got a pretty impressive bump to version 2.0, bringing with it 2 hot new cars to drive and a brand new, real-time multiplayer mode. Until now, the game has employed Time Shifted Multiplayer for its races, pitting you against real folks’ times but not actually racing them in real time. This remains alongside the new mode, which uses Game Center to power the show.
The new cars featured in this update are the McLaren P1 and Lamborghini Veneno, and both look amazing. There’s also a free holiday livery for folks that own the Ford Focus RS, and a brand new game mode known as Vertex, which promises a “deep Career Series featuring epic Cup races.”
