Judge grants Einhorn injunction against Apple (Reuters)
A district judge has put the kibosh on a proposal to be aired by Apple at next week’s shareholder meeting, which would have bundled three separate issues—including one about the company’s ability to issue preferred stock—into a single vote. Maybe Apple should have branded the question as a “Triple Play.” Then the government would have to let the company get away with it, right?
