Applications for Life has announced Boxshot 4.0.22 (http://boxshot.com/boxshot/), an update to their Mac compatible utility that makes virtual shots of 3D shapes.

Using ray-tracing rendering technology, Boxshot lets you render software boxes, book covers, magazines, CD, DVD and Blu-Ray boxes, cans, bottles, mugs, bags and more.Version 3.0 boasts a simplified lighting scheme.
