Apple has added web versions of Notes and Reminders on iCloud.com for access from any Mac or PC. Both new web apps look very similar to what we’ve seen on iOS and and Mountain Lion, and changes sync in basically real-time to all your devices. This is an awesome addition to iCloud.com.
